Seed & Stock is an office coffee and pantry service provider servicing companies in California. We focus on mid-sized to large companies that are often ranked as “best workplaces” and provide them with the support they need to keep their employees fueled and happy.
To assist with this mission, we’re looking for a part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming shipments, sorting items and palletizing orders according to company standards. This job is for 5-10 hours on weekends, usually Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments
- Verify that the incoming shipments are accurate and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
- Report any items missing or incorrect from shipments
- Organize and sort items
- Palletize orders and prepare for shipment
- Throw away trash and keep the warehouse area clean
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
- Positive attitude and can-do approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative; ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs
- Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
