Job Title: RN - ICU *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments*
Pay Range: $65/hour to $75/hour
Shifts Available: 7am to 7:30pm (3*12 hr Days) / 7pm to 7:30am (3*12 hr Nights)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Duration: 13+ Weeks

Required:
- Active New Jersey RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
Job Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans for high-acuity stepdown and ICU patients.
- Deliver direct patient care using strong clinical judgment while monitoring patient conditions, responding to changes, and operating emergency equipment when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient progress, and education in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to prioritize patient needs, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatments, procedures, medications, and discharge planning while promoting patient-centered care and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
