Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Butner, North Carolina
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $55 to $60 per hour.
Summary
We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, treatment administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, observe, and communicate with patients regarding their health status
- Record patient medical history, symptoms, and ongoing condition updates
- Prepare patients for exams and treatments
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the care team
- Perform wound care including cleaning and dressing wounds
- Assist in medical procedures as needed
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Collect blood, urine, and other specimens for lab testing
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care instructions
Schedule
- Full-Time schedule
- 8 or 12-hour shifts (all shifts available)
- Day shifts available
Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN License
- Minimum 1+ year RN experience in behavioral health preferred
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a team-based healthcare environment
