- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues using clear communication skills
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote relevant services or products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism during all client interactions to foster trust and satisfaction
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or upgrades
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when processing payments or refunds accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language to serve our diverse customer base effectively
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client services is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette, analysis skills, and problem-solving capabilities to address customer needs promptly
