Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Accountant to join our team. Please have Buildertrend and Quickbooks experience along with accounting experience plus a drive/determination to complete tasks.
Duties
- Oversight of each Project Managers job cost tracking weekly
- Tracking budget vs. actual costs by job, cost code, vendor, and phase
- Reviewing POs, vendor bills, subcontractor invoices, and change orders against the approved budgets
- Maintaining cost-to-complete projections for each job
- Reporting which jobs are on track, over budget, under budget, or at risk biweekly to the CEO in a high level summary format
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly when priorities changeManage project-specific accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using Quick Books.
Qualifications
- Accounting back ground and experience, Quickbooks, general accounting and gap practices
- Construction back ground and working with Project Managers either residential or commercial.
- Experience with Buildertrend or Procore
- Analytical traits with the capability to summarize data so it is accurate and understandable

Pay: $70,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
