岗位职责
- 按邮政编码对包裹进行分拣，以备配送。 在分拣过程中监督临时工的工作，培训临时工分拣流程和最佳实践。
- 根据需要进行设备的日常维护和修理。 维护准确的库存记录，并定期进行盘点。 确保遵守安全规定和OSHA（美国职业安全与健康管理局）指南。
- 保持仓库的清洁和有序。
- 协调卡车调度，确保配送运营顺畅。
- 跟踪和管理异常情况，包括损坏、丢失或延迟的包裹。
- 与相关团队密切合作，解决问题，确保客户满意度。 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
- 有仓库或收发货相关工作经验是必需的。
- 熟练使用仓库管理系统（WMS）是重要优势。
- 具备扎实的机械知识，能够安全操作重型机械和设备。
- 有包裹分拣和订单履行经验。
- 能够在快节奏和体力要求高的环境中工作。
- 具备出色的组织和沟通能力。
- 能够接受早中晚班，需要三班倒。
Responsibilities
Sort packages by zip code for delivery. Supervise temporary workers during the sorting process.Train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices.Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.Keep the warehouse clean and organized.Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations.Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency. Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements ：
Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely. Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Able to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts, requiring three shifts.
