What You'll Do
This is an active, customer-facing role where you'll spend your time connecting with homeowners and creating opportunities for our sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Speaking with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Scheduling appointments for window and door consultations
- Representing NTY with professionalism and integrity
- Building confidence through daily customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing coaching and skill development
Every day gives you the opportunity to improve your communication skills while creating new earning opportunities.
Compensation
Your effort directly impacts your income.
- First Month: $4,000 to $7,000
- Established Representatives: $6,000 to $12,000 per month
- Sales Leadership: $250,000+ annually
