Job Title: Cake Decorator for Marble Slab Creamery & Great American Cookies
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our team who has previous experience decorating cakes. The team member will be responsible for decorating cakes ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires art skills to decorate cakes , and a passion for the food industry.
Responsibilities:
-scoop and mix ice cream for customers/ Decorate cakes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- No previous experience required. Looking for someone with artist skill that will translate to cake decorating. We will teach you how to decorate.
- Must be bilingual . Spanish Preferred
- Ability to stand for majority of working hours
- Familiarity with food safety regulations with willingness to get food saftey certification
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and other team members
