Schedule:
? Every Other Weekend Only
? 8:00 AM ? 4:00 PM
As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you?ll help create the warm, inviting atmosphere that makes Azura feel like home.
Responsibilities:
? Answer and direct incoming phone calls
? Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and kindness
? Take and deliver messages to team members
? Provide information regarding the community, directions, and services
? Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
? Assist with clerical tasks including filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry
? Help maintain the front lobby and coffee bar area
? Support the team with additional duties as needed
