What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Ohio STNA certification (or CNA certification, where applicable).
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to treating every resident with dignity and respect.
