No automotive or autonomous vehicle experience? No problem. We are looking for safe, reliable drivers who are comfortable with technology and interested in working with next-generation vehicles.
As a Vehicle Data Collection Specialist, you will drive specially equipped engineering vehicles throughout the DFW area, collect vehicle data, monitor equipment, and complete basic reports. Training is provided.
Pay
- AM: $20.20/hr
- PM: $22.22/hr (+10%)
- Overnight – 5-Day: $22.22/hr (+10%)
- Overnight – 4-Day: $23.23/hr (+15%)
Schedule
5-Day: Sunday–Thursday OR Tuesday–Saturday
4-Day: Friday–Monday
Open availability is required, including flexibility for day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime.
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned engineering vehicles along designated routes.
- Operate vehicle data-recording equipment.
- Monitor equipment and vehicle performance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting with training.
- Check data quality and report issues.
- Complete daily driving and observation reports.
- Perform basic vehicle and equipment safety checks.
Requirements
- Valid TEXAS driver's license.
- 3+ years of driving history.
- Safe and responsible driving record.
- Comfortable driving for extended periods.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
- Dependable and able to follow instructions.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and overtime.
No previous automotive, autonomous vehicle, or data collection experience is required.
Experience with ADAS, autonomous vehicles, automotive technology, or data collection is a plus, but not required.
