Performing diagnostics and data recovery procedures on single hard drives with logical issues, including but not limited to deleted data, firmware correction, and bad boot sectors
- Associate’s degree or higher in mechanical/electrical engineering or computer-related studies
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data recovery, mechanical engineering, or computer programming fields
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Linux-based operating systems such as Ubuntu or Centos
- GIAC Secure Software Programmer
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- VCP (VMware Certified Professional)
- RHCA (Red Hat Certified Architect)
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Certified Linux Engineer accreditation
- Apple Mac technician certification
