What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, respectful, and positive dining experience for residents and guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, efficient meal service
- Develop strong knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials to confidently assist residents with selections
- Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences with attention to detail and care
- Set, monitor, and reset tables throughout service to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Deliver meals to residents, including room service and “to-go” orders, in a timely manner
- Support overall dining operations by assisting employee's as needed and ensuring smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas, including:
- Washing and storing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Taking out trash and maintaining clean floors and workspaces
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the dining room prepared for service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, especially with older adults in a senior living environment
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living preferred—but not required (training provided)
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
· Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist where needed
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
