D. O. T. S. for Kids, LLC is a pediatric therapy group that provides Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy services. Services are provided at our main clinic location, through telehealth and at several private schools that are located within a 5-10 mile radius.
Hours are Mon - Thurs 8:15 am - 5:45 pm, Fri: 8:45 am - 12:45 pm, Sat-Sun: Closed
Treatment scheduled between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Mon - Thur. Fridays are reserved for administrative/documentation, monthly staff meeting and make up appointments from school holidays/closures.
We have an opening for a full time Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients from 0-20 years. Including evaluation and diagnosis of fine and gross motor delays and development of treatment plans.
- Complete clinical documentation utilizing company provided EHR system.
- Independent management of scheduling. Including coordinating changes directly with parents or caregivers.
- Coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, school staff and parents/caregivers.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development in-services.
Requirements:
- Current Texas OT license.
- 1+ years of clinical experience working with children who have a variety of fine and gross motor delays, autism and other developmental/congenital disorders is required.
- CPR certified
- Excellent communication skills and team oriented.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $73,000 per year
- Bonus Opportunity up to 5% base salary ($3,000 - $5,000 per year). Combination of weekly performance bonuses and annual productivity bonuses.
- Company Medical/Dental/Vision. Employee will have the option to select between four different BCBS PPO or HMO Plans. The company will provide a $450 month contribution to medical. The employee share of medical will range between $0 - $150 month depending on medical plan selected, Vision/Dental 50% company paid.
