Fuson Services is a locally owned and growing repair shop looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We work on everything from light-duty diesel pickups to medium and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy diagnosing and repairing a variety of diesel-powered vehicles, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
- Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, hydraulic, cooling, and drivability concerns
- Complete engine, suspension, brake, steering, and drivetrain repairs
- Perform diagnostics using scan tools and other testing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate repair findings with management
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Open schedule with availability for overtime and occasional after-hours work
- Previous diesel mechanic experience
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Preferred
- Experience with Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax, Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, and International diesel engines
- Experience using diagnostic software
- CDL is a plus but not required
- Own basic hand tools
