Your Mission
As General Manager, you are responsible for driving sales, maximizing occupancy, retaining clients, and leading a high-performing team. You will combine sales expertise, operational excellence, and relationship-building to make your center the first choice for professionals and businesses in the market.
What You’ll do: (Sales Focused)

Drive revenue growth by leasing private offices, virtual offices and selling all available services

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the Regional Manager

Convert tours into deals with a strong, confident closing approach

Build and leverage your local network to generate new leads and partnerships

Retain and grow existing clients through exceptional service and relationship management

Control expenses and manage profitability through smart, data-driven decisions
Requirements:
Leadership & Operations Responsibilities-
Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and manage on-site staff

Set the standard for exceptional customer service and center readiness

Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures

Maintain a professional, high-energy environment that reflects our brand
What We’re Looking For

Business degree preferred and/or 1–3 years of proven sales experience

Strong background in sales strategy, closing, and negotiation

Experience reviewing and understanding contracts or lease agreements

Solid understanding of financials and P\&L management

Confident communicator with the ability to influence clients and teams

Organized, driven, and comfortable being accountable for results

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general business software
