Established flooring contractor is seeking a full-time person in customer service. This position is an integral part of our commercial sales department. The ability to work well with others in a deadline driven, detail-oriented environment is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary phone contact for incoming phone calls.
- Build relationship with customers and vendors and assist customers with questions/needs.
- Assist sales department with sending out proposals, creating and organizing job files.
- Work with sales to update installation schedule weekly.
- Prepare paperwork and releases in collaboration with sales and estimating for jobs on the schedule.
- Update and manage bid log for upcoming bids for sales and estimating.
- Receipt and processing of accounts payable vouchers
Requirements:
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills- proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
