Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll have a massive, direct impact on how our fast-growing logistics machine operates. - Direct experience with Sage 100 ERP.
Experience in high-growth 3PL, D2C, or parcel-based warehousing.

Responsibilities
Process Design & Governance: Design, implement, and maintain inventory control processes and governance across the distribution operation.
Cycle Count Management: Lead cycle count program design, execution, reconciliation, and root-cause follow-up.
Inventory Baseline: Support the establishment and ongoing maintenance of a reliable inventory baseline.
ERP Power User: Serve as a warehouse power user of Sage ERP and related inventory/WMS tools.
Data & Transaction Integrity: Improve inventory transaction discipline, scanning processes, location accuracy, and system data integrity.
SOP Development: Develop SOPs, process guardrails, and standard work across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and outbound operations.
Automation & Efficiency: Identify process, technology, and automation opportunities that improve warehouse accuracy and efficiency.
Discrepancy Analysis: Analyze inventory discrepancies and resolve recurring causes with warehouse leadership.
Team Training: Train and coach warehouse team members on inventory processes and system procedures.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Operations on inventory-related issues.
