We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to new hires
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for improving overall performance
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent interviewing skills to identify qualified candidates
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
