We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of busser. This position is essential in providing exceptional service and support within our food service environment. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and organized environment.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and welcoming.
- Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle food safely according to health regulations and guidelines.
- Support catering operations as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred, with chinese or cantonese cuisine as a benefit.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
