Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Assitant Behavior Analyst
Part Time | No Weekends | Puyallup, WA and surrounding area.
BCBA Compensation: $70/hour -$80/hour (DOE)
BCABA Compensation $45/Hour - $60/Hour (DOE)
Schedule Requirements: This position requires availability for evening hours at least two days per week, with evening hours varying between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on client needs and scheduling. Additionally, the BCBA/BCaBA must be available to provide supervision for a client in the Buckley area during midday hours.

Your Impact
As a BCBA you will:
- Conduct assessments (FBA, FA, preference, skill-based)
- Develop function-based behavior plans and skill acquisition programs
- Train caregivers and collaborate with school-based teams
- Support RBTs through training, feedback, and ongoing supervision
- Monitor data integrity and treatment fidelity
- Participate in clinical team and program meetings
Qualifications
- BCBA and/or BCaBA certified and in good standing; licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Washington
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, coaching-oriented approach
- Experience in ABA, home and clinic settings, or autism services is a plus, but not required
- New BCBAs are encouraged to apply — ongoing mentorship and clinical support are available
