We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you are responsible for the direction, provision and quality of nursing services provided to patients.
Responsibilities but not limited to the following:
- Developing and maintaining written objectives, policies, a procedure manual, an organizational plan, and a quality assurance program for the nursing service
- Participating in planning and budgeting for the nursing service, supervises purchasing supplies
- Oversees Inventory Control, QM/PI, Infection Control, and Financial Analysis of the center
- Coordinating and integrating the nursing service with other patient care services to provide a continuum of care for the patient
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records
- Ensuring that nursing staffing patterns are implemented
- Coordinating and participating in staff orientation and staff education activities
- Participating in business plan, marketing efforts and customer service of the center
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Jersey.
- Have at least 3 years + of experience in nursing supervision or nursing administration in a licensed healthcare facility
Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in nurse management principles and practices
- In-depth understanding of medical records management and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with care planning processes and implementation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

Pay: $128,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year
