North Point Insurance Group is looking for a competitive, coachable sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in a growing independent insurance agency.
You'll start with a base salary while learning the business and building your pipeline. As your book grows, you'll transition into a higher-earning commission-focused role with uncapped income potential and renewal commissions.
You'll have access to agency-generated opportunities, trusted referral partnerships, hands-on coaching, and access to over 30 insurance carriers to help clients find the right protection - not just the cheapest price.
What's In It For You?
- $50,000-$100,000 guaranteed first-year income PLUS uncapped commission (starting guaranteed "base" depending on experience). Most producers earn $55,000-$75,000 in their first year, with six-figure earning potential as they build their book of business.
