Food Service (cold food) Job Duties:
DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work around moving parts & partially wet floors
- Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend
- Must have the ability to work in a cold environment with a constant 38 – 40 degrees temperature for up to 8 hours or more a day with appropriate insulated clothing
- Must be able stand on a daily basis for at least 8 hours a day
- Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment up to 8 hours a day
- Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices.
- Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes
- Must have the ability to apply safety and sanitation standards
- Must have the ability to use knives, cutting board, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicer, and related industrial kitchen equipment
- Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekends and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding
