City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for Mobile Day Porter to join our expanding team in the Fresno, CA 93722 area!
PART Time Schedule (36 Hours/week):
- Monday: 7:30AM – 4pm
- Tuesday: 7:30AM – 2pm
- Wednesday: 7:30AM – 4pm
- Thursday: : 7:30AM – 2pm
- Friday: 7:30AM – 4pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
- Ability to pick up a company vehicle and trailer at the Fresno office.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
- DMV driving record (MVR) check required.
- This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Job duties may include moving or lifting supplies weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Clean and neat appearance
Responsibilities:
- Have basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in ground and facility maintenance environments.
- Complete special pickups of illegally dumped items and bulky trash.
- Employ safe handling techniques in the collection and disposal of needles.
- In charge of making sure the exterior of the facilities is neat and presentable to the public
- Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
- Removing trash and debris
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Windowsill cleaning
- De-webbing of buildings and doorways
- Restroom care (if applicable at assigned property)
- Maintaining storage areas in a neat, clean manner
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
