Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

The Group Home Lead ensures appropriate and meaningful habilitation services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving 24-hour support in a group home setting. This position is a multi-disciplinary team member providing services and interventions to MME clients. The Group Home Lead supervises daily home operations, ensuring all residents' safety, health, and well-being, while supporting staff in maintaining high-quality care and compliance with Mission Mountain Empowerment's policies and procedures.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients in care.
Assist with scheduling and attending client health appointments.
Enforce and model adherence to MME policies and procedures.
Participate in annual PSP (Personal Support Plan) meetings and preparation.
Ensure all staff are trained and familiar with each client's PSP and protocols.
Collaborate with the Group Home Lead on staff supervision, reporting, documentation, disciplinary action, safety drills, and budgeting.
Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and continuing education.
Ensure clients' life goals, medical needs, and personal objectives are met.
Oversee staff scheduling, shift coverage, and training coordination.
Maintain adaptive equipment schedules and ensure maintenance as needed.
Ensure adherence to home menus, dietary guidelines, and budgets.
High School Diploma or GED required.
A bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
Instead of a degree, 3 years of combined education and relevant work experience may qualify.
Must meet all state training, licensure, and certification requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain certifications in Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, and behavioral training as MME requires.
Current driver's license required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in public speaking and team leadership.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain calm in crises.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
