- Must have a great attitude and be customer service oriented.
- Must be able to work independently, but also be a team player.
- High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license is required.
- Must have own tools, we supply specialty tools and uniform.
- Expertise with LG and Samsung applicances is a must. Whirlpool, Frigidaire and GE experience is also desired.
- To ultimately be able to accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer’s home.
- The ability to give the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair
- The ability to use a computer for service call processes, routing functions and parts/inquiries as we are transitioning to paperless processing.
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
- The ability to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service.
- Pleasant, well groomed, polite manner for dealing with co-workers as wells as customers.
$15 to $25 hourly based on experience
Flexiable FT/PT Hours Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm
