OVERVIEW
We're looking for a driven, adaptable leader to oversee our Utah office.
Our offices are more than operational locations. They are places where employees, clients, government agencies, and business partners connect with us directly. We call them Hubs because they bring together the people, services, expertise, and resources needed to help businesses move forward.
As Legal Hub Manager, you'll be responsible for the employees, operations, and day-to-day success of the Utah office while helping create an environment where employees feel supported, accountable, connected, and engaged. You'll develop a team capable of supporting businesses through a variety of services, build expertise within the office, strengthen local relationships, and help create an exceptional experience for both clients and employees.
The Utah office is unique within our organization. In addition to supporting registered agent, filing, mail, and client service operations, it serves as a central hub for legal support services and provides a collaborative workspace for company leaders and teams who regularly work, train, and connect from the location.
This role partners closely with attorneys, legal support staff, operational leaders, and other Hub Managers to help create a connected and client-focused office experience that supports both operational excellence and regional growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates clearly, builds strong relationships, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
