Job Summary: The Low Voltage Service Technician provides technical service and support for low-voltage and electronic security systems, ensuring proper functionality, safety, and performance. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach in both residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain:
- CCTV & surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Intrusion alarm systems
- Intercom & entry systems
- Low-voltage cabling & infrastructure
- Perform system inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Program, test, and commission systems
- Provide professional on-site customer support
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in security systems or low-voltage service
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
