As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for multiple team members to join our team. We are currently hiring for:
- Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk Rockstar)
- Acupuncture Assistant / Medical Assistant

Occasional participation in evening or community marketing events may be requested to support clinic outreach and growth.
This is much more than a front desk position.
Our Client Experience Coordinator is the heart of the practice—the first voice our clients hear and the first face they see. This role serves as the communication hub of the clinic and an accountability partner who helps clients stay engaged in their care and successfully complete their wellness plans.
Every phone call, every greeting, and every interaction has the opportunity to restore hope and create an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities Include Client Experience & Scheduling
- Create a warm, welcoming, and organized experience for every client.
- Greet clients and check them in and out efficiently.
- Schedule appointments accurately and maintain an efficient provider schedule.
- Ensure clients leave with clear next steps and future appointments scheduled.
- Help clients stay on track with their treatment plans.
- Follow up on missed appointments, cancellations, and clients who have fallen off schedule.
- Handle scheduling concerns and objections with confidence and compassion.
Communication & Administration
- Answer phones and respond promptly to voicemails, text messages, emails, and client inquiries.
- Convert qualified inquiries into new client appointments.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing office communications.
- Support providers and team members with administrative tasks and office systems.
Marketing & Community Support
- Encourage referrals and online reviews from satisfied clients.
- Support workshops, events, and internal marketing initiatives.
- Participate in community events and represent the clinic professionally.
Team Support
- Cross-train on Acupuncture Assistant responsibilities and provide support when needed.
- Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
- Help improve office systems and the overall client experience.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Medical office, chiropractic, acupuncture, wellness, or healthcare experience.
- Customer service or hospitality experience.
- Appointment scheduling or front-office experience.
- Experience with electronic health records or scheduling software.
- Interest in holistic health and natural medicine.
