Setup side station and perform assigned side work
Provide high level of cordial and efficient service to all members/guests upon arrival. Keep conversation light and professional
Develop complete knowledge of club menus, beverage lists, and POS system
Greet members (by name) and distribute menus
Take orders and enter into the POS system
Communicate with kitchen, runners, and Dining Room Manager
Inform kitchen about any special requests or allergies
Serve and clear food and beverage according to NCC service manual
Check back to ensure member/guest satisfaction
Replenish water, butter, rolls, condiments as necessary
Clear tables onto bus tray and remove from dining area
Suggest and serve after dinner drinks, coffee, and dessert
Remain visible and available in the Dining Room
Keep tables in all rooms and Service Station clean and neat
Reset tables according to club standards
Advise supervisors of any complaints as they occur
Present check to member and thank them
Attend pre/post meal meetings as required
Perform closing side work duties
Able to lift up to 50lbs. and travel stairs easily
