Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to verify compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost proposals and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation using construction management software for seamless record-keeping and communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and adherence to plans; address issues promptly.
- Facilitate project meetings to coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and update stakeholders on progress.
- Ensure all work aligns with industry standards by reading blueprints accurately and interpreting schematics effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management with a strong background in high end residential construction projects.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, coordination, and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-on construction site experience with a comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills combined with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with contract management and legal aspects of construction projects.
