**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and providing excellent guest service.
**Active Lifeguard Certification Required**
**Responsibilities:** - Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and provide assistance when needed - Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests - Perform pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, checking chemical levels, and ensuring equipment is in working order - Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, performing CPR, First Aid, or other life-saving techniques as necessary - Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive atmosphere - Assist with heavy lifting tasks as required
**Experience:** - Previous experience as a Lifeguard preferred - Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding - Strong swim skills and knowledge of water safety practices - Ability to enforce rules and maintain a professional demeanor at all times - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join our team as a Lifeguard and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool guests.
