Job Description:
Must have
at least 2 full years of verifiable OTR CMV driving experience.
Must have
at least 1 full year of verifiable un-decking experience within the last 3 years.
Same-day pay is available once all required paperwork and logs are submitted and verified.
Some New Deck loads may qualify for a travel allowance when the pickup and delivery locations meet specific criteria. Travel allowances typically start at $250 and may increase to $650 depending on the load and receipts submitted. Please note that drivers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, and some travel expenses may need to be paid out of pocket.
Reimbursements
- Fuel, tolls, and permits are reimbursed with valid receipts. Fuel reimbursement is calculated based on the mileage of the assigned load, so fuel purchases must reasonably match the miles driven.

- Drivers must arrive on time for all pickup and dropoff appointments.
- Drivers must complete all required paperwork in full when transporting our loads.
- Drivers may select the loads they want to transport; however, they must remain active by completing 3-5 New Deck loads per month.
- Drivers must supply their own tools and safety chains for un-decking.
- A list of required items will be provided once a driver is qualified.
- Drivers must maintain accurate, daily DOT logs using the MOTIVE app for the duration of their contract.Paper logs are not accepted.
- Drivers must check in with their dispatcher at least once per week, even when not currently transporting one of our loads.

- Must hold a ValidCDL Class A with Double/Triple (T) Endorsement.
- Must have at least 2 full years of verifiable OTR CMV driving experience.
- Must have at least 1 full year of verifiable un-decking experience within the last 3 years.
- Must maintain arelatively clean driving record and stable employment history.
- Must be able to provide documentation of companies you have transportedand un-decked loads for within the last 3 years.
- Must understand DOT HOS rules and regulations and keep accurate, daily DOT logs using the MOTIVE app. -Paper logs are not accepted.
- Must submit all required paperwork and documents on time.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain weekly contact with your dispatcher, even when not actively transporting for us.
- Punctuality is essential at all pickup and delivery appointments.
- Must consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
- Must use MacroPoint for Truckers to provide real-time load tracking to our customers.
