The Heritage Inn is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
Inspect resident rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines
Assist with cleaning tasks as needed to support the team
