We accomplish this through optional, resident directed, 24/7 supportive services for all aspects of daily living. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will assist residents with full transfers using hoyers, bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, cooking, and feeding (meal assistance).

Job Title: Personal Care Attendant
Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will assist residents with transfers (using a Hoyer lift), bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, meal assistance. You will monitor staff and residents for compliance, promote teamwork, and lead by example.
Qualifications:
* A proactive attitude toward assisting individuals with physical disabilities in activities of daily living.
* A positive and encouraging approach with residents and staff.
* Punctuality, good attendance, strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
* Commitment to a person-centered approach to care delivery.
**Current Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hire or acquire within 2 weeks of employment along with associated training
Personal Care Attendant Duties:
Assist residents with varying physical disabilities with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
* Grooming, dressing, and medication assistance.
* Bladder and bowel care.
* Transferring, turning, and repositioning.
* Meal Assistance and laundry.
* Documenting performed tasks accurately
Leadership Duties:
* Ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Problem-solve with residents and staff.
* Orient and evaluate new staff on policies, procedures, and resident needs.
* Be available for four hours before and after each Team Leader shift.
* Provide ongoing staff training to improve job performance.
Pay: Starting at \$20/hour, with an additional \$1/hour for good attendance.
Shifts:
- Night Shift: 11pm-8am (Saturday & Sunday with possible Fridays)
