Estimator-Watch Service Center - Temporary
We have an excellent opportunity for aTemporary Estimator-Service Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process estimates on Seiko watch products for customer repairs. The process includes reading the customer’s request, inspecting watches, include the correct findings, and comment about the condition of the watch. Full training will be provided.
- Evaluate warranty claims to determine warranty eligibility based upon terms of warranty.
- Assist Customer Relations by providing necessary information about estimates for additional follow up with the customer.
- Take clear and accurate pictures (before service and after service) for Grand Seiko and Seiko Luxe product.
- Assist Material’s warehouse when additional help is needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate/GED, some college desired.
- 2-3 years’ experience working in an administrative/clerical position.
- Basic NetSuite knowledge is beneficial.
- Requires good eye hand coordination, need good analytical and logical thought process to prepare accurate and concise estimates for repair.
- Requires good problem solving skills, to determine the type of repair required and to be able to move the repair forward in our standard repair timeframe guidelines.
- Speed and accuracy of customer repair information is critical.
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
