We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide after-school in-home therapy services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with student TK-22, and possess a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's communication skills and overall development through personalized therapy sessions in a flexible environment.
Students available in: Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Tujunga, Panorama City, Sherman Oaks, Reseda, Canoga Park, North Hills, Northridge, Woodland Hills and Mission Hills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs, focusing on speech therapy goals.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions in-home in after school settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Skills
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with team members and caregivers.
Qualifications:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Available to work afterschool hours
- DOJ background clearance and have Professional Liability Insurance
- TB Test
