Schedule/Shift Availability
Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include:
- Monday + Tuesday + Every Other Weekend
OR
- Thursday + Friday + Every Other Weekend
Compensation
$101,400 – $106,080 annually
In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.

What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient diabetes and glycemic management consultations
- Manage adult hospitalized patients on Med-Surg and Step-Down units
- Adjust insulin and diabetes therapies using evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, pharmacy, and acute care teams
- Document directly within the hospital EMR
- Practice within a highly collaborative inpatient consultative model
Our Must Have’s
- Active, unrestricted New York NP or PA license
- NP certification as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP, or PA-C certification
- Recent Inpatient experience required
- Minimum one-year commitment required
- Strong new graduates with inpatient clinical training are also encouraged to apply
