Blueberry Bakery Jax LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bakery prep to join our team! In this role, you will assist our bakers by preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, weigh, and prep ingredients according to bakery recipes.

Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and baking pans.

Assist with receiving, rotating, and organizing inventory and supplies.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs (such as flour sacks and ingredient buckets).

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
