What We're Looking For
- New Jersey Property & Casualty License is required
- 2+ years of sales experience is required
- 1 Year Insurance Experience is required
- Self Starter
- Experience with Prospecting, Networking and New Business Development
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Spanish Speaking a Plus
- Excellent Organization Skill
What You'll Do
- Drive new business growth through inside sales, prospecting and networking
- Leverage carrier options to win and retain clients
- Complete Applications while ensuring each risk meets our standards and the standards of the carriers we represent.
- Customer Service - Superior Service by promptly responding to our customers inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Management of Renewals
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
