Requirements:
- Currently hold or willing to get Property & Casualty license: If you do not already have this license, we will support and guide you in obtaining them.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to commercial insurance clients by phone, email, and in person. Servicing needs include: payments, address updates, driver and vehicle changes, audits, and general coverage questions.
- Certificates of Insurance & Policy Documentation: Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other proof-of-coverage documents.
- Commercial Policy Renewals: Prepare and present commercial renewal proposals, reviewing premium, rate, and coverage changes with clients. This includes updating business information and ACORD applications.
- Account Review & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Commercial Lines CSR Support team and producers to identify accounts that may need to be re-quoted or revisited.

Salary: $36,000 - $46,000 DOE
