Description:
Park Place Student Housing Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties:

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
-
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements

Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
-
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- 12+ months of onsite experience
-
Multifamily experience
-
Must have knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmith, painting, room turns and other general repairs.

Possess valid Identification

Must be energetic and self-motivated.
