PAY & INCENTIVES
✅ $25.00/hr Base Pay
✅ $2.00/hr Weekend Incentive (Saturday & Sunday)
✅ $3.00/hr Shift Differential (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
✅ $2.00/hr Shift Differential (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
✅ Baylor Pay Included!
Three 12-Hour Shifts
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Work 36 hours
- Receive an additional 4 hours of Baylor Pay at $25/hr
- Get paid for 40 hours

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
✔ Commit to working weekends
✔ Work 50 out of 52 weekends per year
✔ Maximum of 2 requested weekends off per calendar year
✔ Maximum of 2 call-offs per year
✔ Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
✔ Excessive tardiness, call-offs, or missed shifts may result in removal from the program
