EZ HPS Services is a growing, family-owned Plumbing, HVAC, and Septic company committed to providing exceptional service to residential and commercial customers throughout the Hudson Valley. We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and values outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Install and repair water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, and water filtration systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair water, drain, and gas piping.
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line diagnostics.
- Identify plumbing issues and recommend the best repair solutions.
- Complete service reports, estimates, and job documentation using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service on every job.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License (if applicable).
- Experience with well systems, water treatment, and pumps.
- Experience with gas piping installations.
- Experience with sewer camera inspections and hydro jetting.
- Cross-training in HVAC or septic systems is a plus.
