Recruiter Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Recruiter specializing in Life Sciences and Hospital Staffing to join our dedicated talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within life sciences and hospital environments, and demonstrate a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and building strong candidate relationships. Recruiter Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare professionals in life sciences and hospital settings, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Develop targeted talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and social media management platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and successful placements.
- Conduct research on industry trends, employment law in talent management, and competitor analysis to refine sourcing techniques and stay ahead of market demands.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining compliance with HR legal standards such as employment & labor law.
- Utilize talent management software such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro to track candidate progress and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from relevant educational institutions specializing in healthcare sciences.
- Lead negotiation efforts on employment contracts ensuring alignment with legal standards while securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee relations activities, and employee evaluation processes to support onboarding success.
- Implement training & development programs for hiring managers on best practices in recruiting, HR systems utilization, and succession planning strategies.
Recruiter Experience
- Demonstrated success in full cycle recruiting within the healthcare or life sciences sectors with experience in technical recruiting for medical professionals or scientific roles.
- Proven expertise in external recruiting channels including cold calling, lead generation, research techniques, and leveraging social media marketing for recruitment purposes.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Paychex, Kronos, Taleo, or Salesforce to manage candidate data effectively.
- Strong understanding of employment law applicable to healthcare staffing including employment & labor law compliance.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment projects while maintaining quality standards across multiple requisitions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates through various channels including social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as PeopleSoft or ADP for employee data management and reporting purposes.
