Job Title: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician
Compensation:
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience) + spiffs and commission
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues efficiently
- Conduct apprentice ride-alongs and provide mentorship
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Educate customers on maintenance programs and indoor air quality (IAQ) solutions
- Consult with customers regarding repair vs. replacement options
- Operate independently while being dispatched from home using Housecall Pro
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- 8+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE Certification (highly recommended)
- Experience working with Bryant equipment
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
