Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Management Systems (IMS) & Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our leadership team and help drive continuous improvement across our organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum five years of manufacturing EHS and/or ISO management experience.
· Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
· Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
· Experience leading internal and external audits.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently across multiple facilities.
Preferred
· Certified ISO Lead Auditor.
· Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP).
· OSHA 30 certification.
· Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
· Experience in wood manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial assembly.
· Knowledge of NFPA combustible dust requirements.
· First Aid/CPR Instructor certification.
