Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and friendly Dietary Aides to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nutritional and dining services across various settings, including long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and memory care. Your expertise will help ensure our residents receive personalized, respectful, and comprehensive dining services that support their health, well-being, and daily enjoyment.

Qualifications
- Food Service Experience (preferred)
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, staff, and the general public
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly with patience, enthusiasm and positive disposition.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate meal and beverage orders from residents, ensuring all selections strictly adhere to their individual prescribed dietary restrictions, texture modifications, and physician orders.
- Serve meals and snacks to residents promptly and courteously in the dining room or resident rooms, ensuring a pleasant and dignified dining experience.
- Interact with residents warmly and with a smile, fostering a welcoming, cheerful, and engaging environment during every mealtime.
- Perform dishwashing duties and maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining room areas.
- Ensure all food service, plating, and sanitation tasks comply fully with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
- Maintain all dietary and serving equipment in a safe, clean, and sanitary manner.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure smooth, timely daily dining operations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.88 per hour
