Duties
- Assist bartenders and/or serverswith bar setup, restocking supplies, and cleaning bar stations to ensure a pristine environment.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently, clearing glassware, and trash to maintain cleanliness throughout service.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or trash bags safely and effectively.
- Maintain venue beverage service standards by ensuring all bar areas are sanitized, organized, and stocked with necessary items.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with bar operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of venue beverage service procedures, including bar cleaning protocols and food industry safety standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is advantageous; hospitality background helps in understanding guest expectations.
